Our company is the culmination of 3 highly driven and motivated directors who bring nearly 50 years of collective experience to the table. With an extensive background in construction and residential and commercial developments, our shared vision is to establish one of the most esteemed development companies in the Northwest.

Meet The Team
Project Director
Jim Southall
Jim has an expansive career across the construction and development sectors during his time in employment and since running his own companies.
He has experience working with main contractors, developers and sub-contractors on numerous projects mainly across the residential, healthcare, education and commercial sectors. In recent years he has generally operated at Senior Project and Development level, playing a key role in delivering exciting and pioneering schemes mainly around the Northwest.
Jim brings a wealth of experience on contract, design and commercial management developed from working on both client and contractor sides of projects ranging up to £30m budgets.
Outside of construction and co-running a business, Jim is a family man with 3 young daughters. His primary sport is rugby but also takes the opportunity to play cricket, tennis and golf when possible. He enjoys spending time with the family and is interested in everything related to property & business.
Construction Director
Rhodri Williams
Having started his career as a stonemason working on some of the most prestigious building around North Wales, Rhodri diversified his skills and expanded to build a highly successful construction company which specialises in restoration and renovations. Following a decade of successfully delivering building programs for clients, Rhodri decided that he wanted to expand the capabilities of his business, RW Masonry, enabling the business to carry out a wide spectrum of in-house projects such as conversions, renovations, new builds, ground works, roofing, and extensions. To date this has been successful, and the business now works with some of the leading architects in the region.
Rhodri has used these capabilities to build a portfolio of new-build properties which he owns in a separate holding company called Tai Eryri Holdings.
A highly driven self-motivated family man, born and bred in beautiful North Wales. Rhodri enjoys travelling, most sports, keeping fit, MMA training, reading and has a real passion for property and bringing old, tired buildings back to life.
Commercial Director
James Clarke
Jay is a successful property investor with over 15 years of experience running businesses and has been in the property & construction sector for well over a decade. He is passionate about creating high-quality and sustainable buildings that meet the needs and expectations of his clients and tenants.
Jay contributes a considerable depth of knowledge to the business regarding strategy, economics and finance, and has picked up a number of awards for his contribution to business.
Beyond the business, he is a family man with 2 young children. He enjoys outdoor pursuits including snowboarding, paddle boarding & surfing, and has travelled to 30+ countries around the world (with plans to visit every one). He loves to cook, spend time with family & friends and has a real interest for all things property & business.

Supporting the Directors, we have a substantial team who are indispensable in ensuring the smooth running of our services and providing the best quality support and practices in the industry. We feel lucky to have such a fantastic team who are able to deliver the quality of service that we do. Our team ranges from our administrative cohort who provide a whole suite of services including customer service support, property management, purchasing management, procurement and communications. Whereas our trusted network of architects, suppliers, site managers and skilled contractors offer unparalleled on-site support to ensure the highest standards in the execution of our projects.
